BookyAI is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. This policy explains how it works and how to request a refund. It is offered by HELIX MIND FZCO ("BookyAI", "we", "us").
1. The 30-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase BookyAI and decide it isn't right for you, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — for any reason. No hoops, no hard feelings.
2. How to request a refund
- Email us at support@bookyai.net from the address you used to purchase.
- Include your order details (name and/or order/receipt number) so we can locate your purchase.
- You don't need to give a reason, though feedback is always welcome and helps us improve.
3. How refunds are processed
Once approved, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Processing on our side is prompt; the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider and our payment processor, and is typically a few business days.
4. After a refund
When a refund is issued, your license to use BookyAI ends, and you must stop using the software and delete any installed copies. For annual plans, access ends on refund. (Books you have already created and own remain yours.)
5. Annual plan renewals
Annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime by emailing us; cancellation stops future renewals. If you'd like a refund on a recent renewal, contact us — we handle these fairly and in line with the guarantee period above.
6. Abuse
The guarantee is intended for genuine evaluation of the product. We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example, repeated buy-and-refund activity).
